INEA Global Holdings LLC ("Dekked", "we", "us", or "our") operates the dekked.app website and service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication data through our secure authentication provider.

Usage Data: We track presentation generation count, feature usage, and general service interaction for analytics and usage limits. For coarse geographic analytics we derive an approximate country from your IP address at the time of a request; we do not store your IP address. Usage analytics are retained for up to 90 days.

Uploaded Content: Documents and templates you upload are processed temporarily for presentation generation and automatically deleted within 30 minutes after processing.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. We never store credit card numbers or banking details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve our service, process payments, enforce usage limits, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers essential to operating Dekked: our authentication provider, payment processor, and AI processing providers. Uploaded content is sent to AI providers for processing only and is not stored by them beyond the processing session.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated presentations are stored in our cloud storage and available for download based on your plan: Standard subscribers have a 24-hour download window, Premium subscribers have a 30-day download window, and one-time purchase users receive a single download. Files may be permanently deleted after the download window expires. Uploaded reference files are deleted within 30 minutes of processing.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including full deletion of your account — by contacting us at support@dekked.app, and we will action your request promptly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, rate limiting, input sanitization, and secure authentication. However, no system is 100% secure.
