7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied with Dekked. This applies to both one-time credit purchases (Pay As You Go, Credit Pack) and subscription plans (Standard, Premium). No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@dekked.app with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We'll process it within 5–10 business days.
After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a service issue or technical problem that we cannot resolve, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard on our website. After cancellation, you retain your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. Remaining subscription credits are then removed and your account reverts to a free account without generation credits. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Credit Expiry
Credits purchased through one-time plans (Pay As You Go, Credit Pack) expire 30 days after purchase. Expired credits are not refundable. We recommend using credits promptly after purchase.
Free Accounts
Free accounts can explore the interface but do not include credits for presentation generation. Since no payment is involved, no refund applies.
