These Terms of Service govern your use of Dekked (dekked.app), operated by INEA Global Holdings LLC. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Dekked provides AI-powered presentation generation. Users provide descriptions and reference materials, and our service generates PowerPoint (.pptx) files using artificial intelligence.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Dekked. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you are under the age of 16, you may only use Dekked with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

3. Credits, Payments & Subscriptions

Dekked uses a credit-based system. Each presentation generation costs 20 credits. Credits can be obtained through one-time purchases (Pay As You Go or Credit Pack) or monthly subscriptions (Standard or Premium). All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

One-time purchases: Credits from one-time purchases expire 30 days after purchase. Unused credits are forfeited upon expiry and are non-refundable after the 7-day refund window.

Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically. Standard plan credits reset each billing cycle (unused credits do not roll over). Premium plan credits roll over for one additional month, capped at 800 credits. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period, after which remaining credits are removed. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of content you upload and presentations generated from your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating presentations. We do not claim any ownership rights over your generated presentations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, upload malicious files, attempt to circumvent usage limits, resell or redistribute the service, or use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage.

6. AI-Generated Content

Presentations are generated using AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dekked is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
